Look In On is a family app for sharing visits, appointments and daily reminders for a parent, grandparent or friend, with a simple screen of their own so they can keep in touch too.
Mum, Dad, Gran or a friend: the app uses whatever name you call them.

One place for the whole family to see the week ahead, share the jobs and keep each other up to date. No more long group chats.
Who's visiting, and when
See who's going and when. If a day has nobody, anyone can say "I can go". They can say whether the time suits them.
Appointments
Doctor, dentist, hospital: keep them all in one place, and agree who's taking them.
A daily checklist
Tablets, exercises, or anything else that needs doing each day. Just a gentle reminder and a tick, with no medicine names or doses needed.
Told if something's missed
If something important isn't ticked in time, the family gets a message on their phones, and another once it's all fine.
Sharing the jobs
Lifts, shopping and the weekly jobs. Ask for help and see who's said yes, first come, first served.
Notes and key information
Leave a note after each visit. Keep useful details, like the GP's phone number or where the spare key is, in one place for everyone.
A simple screen, just for them
Big writing, big buttons and nothing to learn. You set it up on their phone or tablet with a six-digit code, so they have no password to remember.
- A warm, friendly voice says good morning, tells them who's coming to see them, and mentions the weather.
- One press to ask the family for milk, bread or a lift, or they can simply say what they need.
- They can say whether a visit suits them, and which time of day is best.
- A gentle reminder when it's time for their tablets, and one tap to say they've been taken.
- Big buttons to call the family, by phone, FaceTime or WhatsApp.
Just you? That works too.
Not everyone has a big family to share with. If it's only you, Look In On is simply your way to keep track of everything, and the person you look in on still has their own simple screen.
Friends can join as well. Family see the name they use, like Mum or Grandad, and friends see their real name.
Private to your family

- Your family's information is stored in the UK.
- Reminders don't need medicine names or doses.
- Look In On is an app, not a care service. It helps your family organise, but it doesn't replace professional care. In an emergency, always call 999.
